This Privacy Policy explains, in general terms, how HouSave may collect, use, store, and share information when people use the HouSave website, buyer request forms, listing pages, and Realtor, mortgage loan officer, and admin workspaces.
Information we may collect
HouSave may collect user account information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, profile details, company or brokerage information, licensing-related information, and profile photos submitted by Realtors, mortgage loan officers, and admins.
HouSave may also collect buyer inquiry and contact form data, including name, email, phone number, address or search details, down payment preferences, credit profile selections, and messages submitted through listing inquiry forms or buyer request forms.
How we may use information
HouSave may use submitted information to create and manage user accounts, route buyer requests, match buyers with local professionals, send email notifications, review listings, operate admin workflows, and maintain platform security.
Information may also be used to generate placeholder payment estimates, listing support summaries, professional assignments, and operational logs needed to run the service.
Technology and service providers
HouSave currently uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, and related application infrastructure. HouSave may also use SMTP-based email delivery providers to send approvals, invitations, confirmations, and operational notifications.
HouSave uses Cloudflare Turnstile and similar security controls to help reduce spam and abuse. HouSave may also keep rate-limiting data, access logs, and related security records to protect the platform.
Cookies, sessions, and similar technologies
HouSave uses essential cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies to maintain sign-in state, keep sessions working, store cookie consent, and support core application functionality.
Additional analytics technologies may be added later. If that happens, HouSave should update this policy and the Cookie Notice.
Sharing and disclosures
HouSave may share relevant request and listing information with the appropriate Realtor, mortgage loan officer, admin reviewer, service provider, or security vendor when needed to operate the platform, respond to inquiries, or protect the service.
HouSave does not promise that every inquiry will result in a match, assignment, financing review, or transaction.
