What we collect

Planning answers you give Alice, such as employment type, stated income, monthly debts, available cash, an estimated credit range, and the state and property type you are considering.

Contact details you choose to share: name, email, phone, preferred contact method, preferred language, the state you are buying in, your inquiry category, and your message.

Basic technical information needed to operate and protect the site, including the language you selected and limited request metadata used to prevent abuse of the contact form.

What we never ask for

We do not ask for a Social Security number, an ITIN number, a passport or visa document number, a bank account number, or a payment card number, and there is no document upload anywhere on this site.

How we use it

Planning answers are used to produce your planning estimates and to let you return to your session.

Contact submissions are used to respond to you. They are sent to Onur Gündüz, NMLS #2768500 at onurgunduz@yahoo.com.

We do not sell your information.

Consent and communication

Submitting the contact form records the consent checkbox and the time it was given. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Access and deletion

Write to onurgunduz@yahoo.com to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion. Some records may be retained where a law or regulation requires it.

Cookies and storage

We store your selected language and the technical session information needed to keep your planning session working. We do not use advertising trackers.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand general website activity and product usage in aggregate, such as how many people start the assistant or view planning results.

We do not intentionally send your mortgage answers, financial information, conversation content or contact details to Google Analytics.

You may use your browser controls or applicable privacy tools to limit analytics tracking.
